Description
For finals in my intro to baking and pastry we had to make some Croissants. They didnt turn out as well as they did the first time, but we got the bums rush making a bunch of stuff and my poor Croissant dough suffered for it. It was placed in the deep freezer instead of the fridge and it wasnt allowed to defrost properly or rise to its full potential in the proof box. It wasnt a total loss and was still pretty good consitering the abuse and beating it took.
