Description
I took this in my late mother-in-law's yard. The low stone wall it's growing atop is edging a drainage rivulet. There are lots of beautyberry bushes growing wild nearby, but this one seems to have flourished the best. Quite possibly because it's roots are making it down into the moist soil of this rivulet, so has been getting more water than most of the wild plants. We've been in drought conditions since the end of those severe storms in early spring.
