Description


This is the top of Yosemite Falls about a month ago. Not nearly as much water as in July. Still incredibly powerful and impressive!! I've been away for a few days, came home to so many emails and bots I just gave up. I saw everything you've done and will try to be better. Just havin too much fun!! lol

Impressive and a little intimidating. Have fun as long as you keep both feet on the ground. Tonight 60 minutes profiled a rock climber who does it without ANY equipment except his shoes. Watched him climb Half Dome and Sentinal, 1600 feet in an hour and a half. Insane stuff.

LOL @ Tara...that is a lot of rock! Nice rock though! I like it. As usual I'm all over the color thing in this shot, and I like that it's subtle, rock colors with such excellent light! Fantastic details, especially in the waterfall itself...it's one of those nicely slender, svelte waterfalls...no less dangerous than the big whoppers, but still...so elegant! I really like the way it shifts the rock color around it as it moistens that rock.
