Description

View from Clingman's Dome (6643 ft elevation) Great Smoky Mtns National Park. There is a large parking area with restrooms and a giftshop 1/2 mile from this highest elevation in the park. The 1/2 mile walk rises the last 330 ft in elevation. The path is wide and paved with benches here and there, a very steep walk and I needed every bench to rest a bit! =)
