Layer fungus? LOL! Sorry, no names for this but, I really like how it sits as in layers. This is only the beginning. And dont think I didnt notice the little very interesting fungis in the bottom of this shot :) Have a beautiful weekend. We have had some sun and it was very nice :) Thank you so much for viewing, commenting and fav to my previous post. It is highly appreciated :)

Yes, sometimes it could be a suprice if the photo was uploaded on the pc and opened fullsize with the image processing program. Very nice capture. I also like the DOF.

Some kind of Shelflike Mushrooms and the two underneath look like some kind of coral mushrooms. :) Hope you got a good shot on that too. Excellen POV and capture! :)

This is one of those wonderful two fungus shots: I like the shelf fungi. They always make me think of terraces or balconies for woodlice...it's funny how my mind works, but I figure that if these are growing on a tree trunk, then maybe it's really a fancy apartment or condominium complex for insects and crustaceans and the shrooms are their balconies, for those nice nights when they want to sit outside and enjoy tea in the night air. I really like the sponge-type fungus below the main balconies. It's like the balconies are a part of the apartment complex and the spongy fungus is the landscaping. It's really nice and this is so perfectly seen. I like the fact that the fungus plates or whatever they are called, also have moss/algae growing on them. That adds such a nice color interest. This is a super shot.
