Description

A while ago at a family function a friend's little boy was playing with his toy cars and parked them like this. I just liked the look against the bland background which I subsequently desaturated completely. Thank you for your visit and the much appreciated comments and favs on my last upload "Salt-Sand-Sky". Hmmm...Corey hasn't seen this shot yet. I'm stunned. Corey and toy cars! Well, 1/18th scale models. He has a ton of them! And naturally, whenever I see model cars or toy cars, I think of his collection. I got a good giggle in looking at this picture and when I saw the thumbnail, I thought they were actual red Ferraris and not their smaller, toy cousins. I love the selective coloring and each car has such a nice shine! This also reminds me of an almost dark Israeli saying that tells us that at one point, every powerful person manages to acquire a blonde and a red Ferrari. With me being so typically me, I immediately started looking for the blonde.

I'm just now seeing this a month late. I'm so far behind in my comments that it's not funny. Love this shot,it reminds me of my childhood and playing with Matchbox cars in the drive way. Nice!
