Happy Halloween. Ain't she pretty? The original photograph was taken by mistabys at flickr.com. I cropped it and created the image of the girl from it. Everything else was done in blender. The image of the girl was applied to a plane just inside the window frame. The only photo manipulation was cropping the image and creating an alpha layer.
