I'm reminded of books when I look at this image, despite the fact that there are no books directly in view. The colors are inviting and rich and the textures are a wonder. I agree with Andrea: this is quite an exciting composition and so unexpected despite the fact that it's also so logical. I love the play of colors and line, and I love the fact that you saw this (when most people wouldn't have,) and you captured it so perfectly!

Meetings are so often a waste of time. I'm glad to see you made the best of this one! What a gorgeous bit of light and composition. The bright light coming in the window against that beautiful painted corner (and that metal grate! Wow!) is captivating. Superb work!
