"1900" !!! - unbelievable, how do you do it Harry ? ~CONGRATULATIONS~ are in order and well done indeed - I really haven't been there much longer and am only there 1/10 of the way! (close enough). but this is about you - not moi, spectacular Orchids, but then they are always the most exotic flowers you can find, IMO ... now go and have a beer, you deserve it! BB

"FLAGS WAVING BANDS PLAYING PEOPLE CHEERING" (lol debbielove---hear, hear!) Please know I have other comments, but it takes time to read & correct them, so I'll stop at this one for now. (Doctor's orders re. my hands & arms.) But when I type out the fav's, I'll fav this, not only for the beautiful capture, but for your gallery itself. Now, let's see if I can say this well: The white protrusion in the center flower---i.e., the top bulb-like thing over the purple center (bear with me)---is framed by white streaks, like little lights in the petals behind it. Was that halfway clear? You got a "glow" behind the stamen-section, a beautiful perfect little "spotlight"---just beautiful, as if the flower shined for us. (If you did postwork on this, you did it with the utmost subtlety, as the light remains wholly natural.) The same is present in the center of the flower to our left, like little diamonds coming out of the stamens. And you captured the center flower on an ever-so-slight angle as if it's bowing to us. Also, beautiful balance between hues (i.e., yellows, purples & greens), another opulent flower-capture from you, among many. Congratulations for a consistently multifarious & joy-filled gallery, conveying joy at the act of seeing and in sharing it with everyone else. Here's to thousands more, Harry! Terrific work!
