Every girl enjoys a nice 'makeover' every so often, and even a top secret agent has to take time for a bit of luxury. I took G4 to the RodS Photoshop & PP2012 Mat Room Salon for a little makeover, inspired by my friend Roxy's makeovers on her Ishtar characters. First, I created a new skin mat in Photoshop. I've given her some new make-ups – lipsticks, eyeshadows, and so on. I'll be making more for her, too – a girl can't have too many eyeshadows or lipsticks, ya know.... We also stopped by the Photoshop Tatoo Parlor, as she's wanted a couple tats for a while. She has a nice little butterfly on her left boob, and a tribal tat on her right arm. She also got a little flower tat in a more 'personal' place....*wink* She says she might let y'all see it sometime......if you're really, really good.... Of course I used the subsurface scattering node to give her skin that natural glow. I also used a 'glossy' node (New Node>Lighting>Specular>Glossy) to give her skin a subtle, natural sheen. For those of you that like the technical details, I set the specular color to: Hue=10 Sat=240 Lum=187 for a flesh pink color. The glossy node is plugged into the Poser Surface node at the specular color connection (color white), and the specular value is 0.400000. I left the gamma at 2.2 in the render settings. She felt so good about her “new look' that she wanted to stop by the Late Night Poetry Cozy Cafe (even though it was only afternoon) for a nice hot cuppa... She takes her coffee seriously, you know... I'll be taking Arawen out for a little makeover next. G4's earrings are Vulcan Princess, from the Rendo freebies section. She's wearing the LD Tank Top, also available in the freebies, with a custom mat by me. Other than some minor level tweaking in Photoshop, and my sig, this is pretty much an untouched render from Poser Pro 2012. I want to thank you all very much for all the wonderful comments, sitemails, thoughts and prayers over the last few days. My dad was released from the geriatric psychiatry center today, and is now back home at his apartment. The doctors at the center said there was nothing serious wrong with him, and his confusion was likely due to a couple bad nights sleeping, and a disturbing dream. He was really touched to know so many people from all over the world were thinking of him and praying for him. Rendo folks truly and absolutely ROCK!
