Description
This photo was taken again in the same area as several of my earlier posting. The area is called Roxbourough Park. The Title "Refuge" is because this area is a refuge to animal life as there is no hunting allowed in this State Park. As I was strolling down this path I ran in to this trio walking down the same path. They would not let me close the gap, for as I moved, they moved. The one facing me would stand guard as the other would move away, then he would retreat in the same direction. I want to take this time to wish everybody here at Renderosity a happy Thanksgiving as I am very thankful to all the wonderful artist I have met and friendships I have made here. To all have a great day.

Such a wonderful place, and it's nice to hear that it's regulated with the hunting... It looks like an incredible refuge indeed..... perhaps even for myself :) Stunning atmosphere!

It truly is a stark looking landscape - but full of adventure and wanderlust written all over it! BB

Fantastic rock formations. I can see them being a refuge for bandits. I had a similar experience once with a deer. They can be very frustrating critters.
