I feel sorry for you
You think because you can break things
You are strong
But you are so wrong
True power
Is having a soft enough touch
And a kind enough heart
To heal things
You use words to hurt me
Because you think somehow
If you can make me weak
It will make you strong
But I got news for you
I have wiped your dust from my feet
Grown wings
And I am flying away from you
Just as far as I can
If you have ever been with someone who thinks they need to make you feel small so they can feel big then my heart is with you and this poem is for you
