My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
Â
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
Â
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!

So very clever of you Tara (and also to take Corey's advice) - gives a whole new meaning to ordinary ... and now I want to try it too! ;) absolutely illuminating, BB

Great image of people just walking Wonder if they knew their pic was being taken? Hugs Susan~

Excellent bit of photojournalism. You could easily be on assignment. "The Prince of Bavaria visits Chicago with his lovely bride, a former model." The glowing edges give it a wonerful poster look.

Very good idea Tara! A success! Bravo

Quite different Tara but I sometimes struggle to remove blue from my efforts!!

A rather exciting graphic quality to this! They are a well chosen couple too.

Seems like they are in a good mood. Aloha

Corey has some great ideas...look what resulted!

This is a really striking image. If it were in color or even black and white, it would not have the same impact as this presentation. Great job Tara.

Interesting idea! But you got eye-balled by the guy at the back.. lol I like trying to do candid's but you are just as likely to get a mouthful of abuse or knifed here than a good picture.. Thus I always end up with pictures of peoples butts! lol Good shot Tara and thanks..... :-) Rob (and Rosy)

Nicely done, I like the blue!

I've been in a blue funk a time or two, but never looked quite this good.. A fun exploration, Tara!

They look to be too happy to be in a blue mood. A lovely different finish to this capture.

Must have just come from a blues concert! There's a lot of that sort of thing going on in Chicago you know;-) Great idea...and I didn't think this was going to work until I really looked at your result.
