Hi, I'm Marilyn. Â I've been posting here on RR for a few years now and thought it was time to update my profile. Â It's been wonderful learning so much from the amazingly talented people here. Â I've had the chance to meet many in person and some have become great and good friends. Â Starting with a Kodak Brownie camera when I was about 7 or 8, moving up to Instamatics, Polaroids, then the Pentax K1000 that really got me on the way, I've been looking at the world thru a lens for a long time. Â Got the bug honestly; my dad was a photographer and gave me the gene!! Â Digital changed the world and I jumped in with both feet. Â You would've gone thru 100's of rolls of film in one day the way we can shoot and delete all day long. Â Progess...it can be awesome sometimes.
At any rate, RR rocks, the talent is over the top and I'm just gonna keep on shooting!!
Thanks for looking and keep those cameras rollin'!!
peace.....marilyn

Well that's a relief! I was starting to think you didn't like us anymore. I love the POV on this. The country in the background looks great for a walk and exploration.

Although we stayed over night in your town...we didn't get to walk along your river! But the good thing is I know the next time we drive through it will still be there! Fine photo as the light fades...

Happy for you Marilyn. Does he think of your camera the way you think of his fishing?(big smile) Looks like the Eel river, know a good vantage point to catch the moon setting over the bridge?
