Description

Still indulging in my newest postwork passion ... I've been trying more and less detailed images, and it turns out that photos with a lot of detail just become muddy using this technique. It seems to work best with large blocks of varying color, like flower petals. I'm thinking I'll be going back through some of my old flower files to see what I've got that works with the ArtRage thing! It takes a lot of time, but gosh ... it's the process that's so much fun! The time is well spent. Postwork done in Photoshop and ArtRage.

Looks like a fun program to work with. I would like this as a panel without the small flower at the top. The other two flowers are so very luscious!

Knowing what you are doing by close observation, this does look softer and more painterly. And best of all you are enjoying yourself! Up with ArtRage:)
