Description

There was a lull in the conversation, so Mr. Steepledorf took the opportunity to show off his new robot. He told them it was still under development, but that one had been assigned to him to do some field testing to see how well it would stand up in real life situations. The R1-S250 unit had just returned with a tray of drinks so naturally, he became very popular with Renn and Zack. Even Tron seemed pleased with the amenities being served. He certainly was fascinated by the robot. 'It's motor control and coordination seems almost flawless!' Tron remarked to Mr. Steepledorf. 'Yes! With the lates developments to the megatronic brain, our R&D team has been able to achieve unbelievable advances perfecting motion and reaction time to where it is almost impossible to tell this robot from a human. We haven't quite perfected the skin covering though, but then some of the team think that is a good thing. It helps identify the unit easier and lets people be a little less intimidated by it,' said Mr. Steepledorf. They all discussed the merits of this robot and observed it in action with Mr. Steepledorf running it through it's paces as well as giving it a quick diagnostic. The tests came back perfectly, but then this unit had only arrived a short time before Mr. Steepledorf, so it hadn't been exposed to very much of the planet's surface dust. this R1 definitely brings me Data in the head.he was utes favorite on the next generation series along with picard of course. fine installment lets see where it leads.i dont know but i have the feeling this Steeple dude has something up his sleeve.
