When these Blood lilies make their first appearance in the little Rain-forest section of my garden, I know Christmas is not far off - and sure enough - tomorrow is the day! ~*~ SEASONS GREETINGS ~*~ This is my present to you - I couldn't think of anything nicer, than showing and dedicating it to all of you - it also looks a bit like a Christmas star, what do you think ? *** Among the most beautiful cultivated ornamental bulbs, the southern African native 'Scadoxus multiflorus' may be perceived as brilliant, brazen blood lilies or demure, soft, powderpuffs ... closely related to Haemanthus. *** Wishing you safe and happy holidays - take great care!
