Description

The Marstall is one of the few buildings in Heidelberg which have been preserved from the late Middle Ages and was probably built around 1510 by Elector Ludwig V. as an arsenal for the war near the Neckar River. (Wikipedia) Thanks for looking.

Very solid looking but I am sure it needed a little help to survive so long. I imagine the preservation and restoration groups there are kept pretty busy!

I think is a really beautiful picture! Beautiful, but the tower scares me, especially when I see it silhouetted against threatening clouds.
