Wonderful sky shot to celebrate the oncoming of 2012, Bill. Enjoy the year, because, according to the Mayan calender/prophesies, our planet will come to an end on December 21, 2012. Happy New Year to you, and may 2012 be a brilliant and fun year for EVERYBODY! What a shot this happens to be as well...that looming cloud is rather like the promise of interesting things to come; it's a big cloud, and so it's full of stuff. Hopefully, it's interesting stuff too! This is nicely pregnant with all sorts of possibilities.

That cloud formation looks like a right hand from below with the index finger pointing towards the future, invisible over the hills in the background. I'm now 12 1/2 hours into the New Year and it's pouring outside. New Years Eve in Malmö was interesting - impressive city fire works at midnight. Had the good luck of trains running (and on time). In bed by 01:15! Now to see what 2012 has in store for us, one day at a time (not to mention what we have in store for each other!). Keep up the good work (and don't worry about the Mayan calendar or prophecies - we can't do anything about that, or their beliefs. Time will tell!). :-)
