Hi, I'm Marilyn. Â I've been posting here on RR for a few years now and thought it was time to update my profile. Â It's been wonderful learning so much from the amazingly talented people here. Â I've had the chance to meet many in person and some have become great and good friends. Â Starting with a Kodak Brownie camera when I was about 7 or 8, moving up to Instamatics, Polaroids, then the Pentax K1000 that really got me on the way, I've been looking at the world thru a lens for a long time. Â Got the bug honestly; my dad was a photographer and gave me the gene!! Â Digital changed the world and I jumped in with both feet. Â You would've gone thru 100's of rolls of film in one day the way we can shoot and delete all day long. Â Progess...it can be awesome sometimes.
At any rate, RR rocks, the talent is over the top and I'm just gonna keep on shooting!!
Thanks for looking and keep those cameras rollin'!!
peace.....marilyn

We've tried that several times, but you'll notice there are no resulting photographs in either of our galleries! LOL! This isn't easy to do, and your result is remarkably. VERY nicely done!

Hey, nice timing in this pic of the water spout from the tossed rock, Maz. Ultra cool rocks and color blue in the shot, young lady.

You have got to have the fastest trigger finger on Renderosity! I won't even begin to count the number of times I've tried this sort of thing only to get...well...something other than what I intended. This is brilliant: perfectly composed, nicely restful, and wonderfully timed/captured. WOW! This is quite awesome!

I've been to Tahoe a number of times, but I've never seen the water as clear as you've got it in this series. Beautiful!!!
