Description
Shouted Meadow as she walked towards the ice.
Suddenly something white flashed past her it was Zwoggles dog Spot.
"SPPPOTTTTT" bellowed Meadow.
OOOps too late, Spot couldn't stop & slid across the ice on his front, back legs all akimbo.
"Oh great, now we have two on the ice" called Jasmine.
"Never mind about Spot" cried Zlata, "What about me?"
"Its ok" replied Meadow "I have found someone willing to help us, he is on his way."
The others, except Zlata turned to look & coming through the trees they could see this little character dragging a sack.
"Hi" he called, "My name is Zwoggle & I will do my best to get you out of there."
He shouted to Spot, "Come on now don't act silly, get yourself off the ice."
With that Spot somehow slid himself backwards & got off the ice.
Jasmine had had enough of waiting about.
"Please hurry" Jasmine called to him, "Zlata is getting cold."
"NO I AM NOT" Zlata cried. "I told you I DON'T feel the cold."
"Whatever" replied Jasmine, "You may not BUT I DO & I am freezing."
"Come on now, lets not get stressed" Meadow said to them. "Zwoggle has a plan."
So the friends waited for Zwoggle to arrive at the ice & hoped his plan would work, whatever it was. To be honest Jasmine was a bit sceptical as what he was going to do with only a sack, she daren't think!!!!

This is a beautiful scene Barbara. The snow covered trees, the moon and the sky all set up what is going on with Meadow, Jasmine and Zlata in the hole in the ice.

Well Zlata might not feel the cold, but she certainly can freeze into a one rock hard solid ice dolly! And poor dear Jasmine, so faithfully laying there in the bitter cold, encouraging Zlata! Thank heaven Zwoggle brought that bag with him. I hope it will be big enough to reach Zlata. Another wonderful scene .. Barb you are so pulling in to the story! You are becoming quite the artist here, and a master story teller!!
