On our way up the Coast last May we saw several points at which one can access the Coastal Trail. We kept saying, "Oh gosh, we could have WALKED here!" :) Then we'd laugh our behinds off. While we both enjoy walking, neither of us likes to hike all that much. (We did climb up to Heceta Head, but it was the only way to get to the lighthouse.) :P I'm impressed as all getout that you went down there and back! The view from up here is gorgeous.
