Description
This pigeon is visiting us many times a day. It...(dont know if it is a he or a she) lives in the edge of our garden in tall trees and has been ther for years. It seems to be alone now. This summer and the year before there were two and an extra pigeon trying to make a triangle lol. But the male didnt allow it. They fought all summer like the year before. Maybe this is the intruder. I cant say. Maybe the other two will come back, when it is time for breeding.

We are having a really boring grey and almost dark day. Heavy clouds, but atleast not much wind. That counts to the good side. :)

Generally the male is the one who make's the double cooooooooo sound.I believe. Gorgeous bird's when seen up close..

What a beautiful bird, and what fun it must be to watch their antics. It sounds like you've got a serial drama there! This is a wonderful photograph, so clear and such nice colors. Our birds aren't quite so entertaining, but we have squirrels, and the babies in springtime are quite funny. They're very fast though, so I can't show them to you! LOL!
