neck and head are far too small for the body, which is built like a female swarzenegger - she's really chunky

SeanE's right, but the back view is more in proportion. Besides, chunky could be what you're going for, or a style, like the anorexic look that Aeon Flux uses. Anyway, you might want to take those comments into account, but it's not bad!
