My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
Â
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
Â
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!

A bit hard to tell but it does give off a lovely spray. Wonderful image and great composition.

Fantastic capture.

My first thought was 'seahorse?' But hey,one man's seahorse is another's Giant Blue Squirting Slug. Whatever it is, it makes a superb pic.

An amazing creature - come to think of it, it could also be a DUGONG ? hmmm ... (The dugong is a large marine mammal found in the warm waters surrounding Indonesia and Australia.) It makes a novel fountain squirter ;) BB

Perhaps they meant 'seahoses' ha ha!
goodoleboy
Great capture of the water spray spewing from the mouth of the sculpture. After several visits to various aquariums, I can readily argue that those are not seahorses.
RodS
Well, maybe the sculptor created these on a very beery afternoon... Whatever the case maybe, it's still a super capture, Tara!
bmac62
Seahorses they are...even though the sculptor took artistic license. Excellent composition. I took at least two dozen photos of Buckingham Fountain and still haven't found one to post:) Well done.
