I'm a tad early for Sandy's birthday (dragonmuse, here), but tomorrow I get the final treatments for my hand, so I wanted to do this now. Sorry, Sandy---but a birthday should last several days, and I hope yours lasts many!
I haven't had the privilege of getting to know Sandy well, but she's been such a wonderful presence in my gallery & in all the other galleries she's visited; and I've so appreciated her kindness, her support & constant glow. She graces us with her mystical art, some of which is inward & beautiful, other of which is so playful, with all kinds of medieval & exploratory themes, and always magical & even childlike...
Sandy's said in her gallery that she lives with health issues (as some others of you do too, and so know what it demands of you each day), and she's taught me, by example, what strength is all about. Sandy, your constant kindness & support of me since finding me here has been a precious gift to me. I hope you have tons of gifts in return for what you give. I've gotten great joy from your art & your true kindness, and I wish you a very loving & glowing birthday & many many more.
May light shine on you abundantly & always...

Wanted to be sure and respond to this lovely dedication you've created for Sandy, you really did an outstanding job once again Mark. Sandy is one of the sweetest ladies in the gallery and a long time friend to so many here. Your thoughts on her health really moved me as I know so many great artists like your and herself are effected by them in recent years. Her strength you spoke of is something everyone notices and all of us should seek to emulate. Now let me say what a beautiful and expressive work of art this one is Mark. The colors seem to almost come alive and flow off the screen in a celebration. This is one of the most expressive images I've seen in some time and truly is the perfect gift for her. A wonderful birthday image for Sandy with super vibrant colours and a lovely freshness to it. It has lots of movement in it too and great textures blended into the design so well. Although not knowing Sandy, I take this dedication as a real 'letter of recommendation'. I will visit her gallery for a look-see. I see a Native American White Birch Bark canoe emerging from behind a waterfall. All the liquid colors draw me to the source, the light. A thousand stories run through my mind. Simply wonderful.
