My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
Â
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
Â
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!

From your title I expected something that would jump out and grab me. I am not disappointed. This is a wonderful abstract that presents numerous opportunities for photographing from various angles. Very cool image.

This is seriously SMOOTH art - thanks for presenting the whole sculpture, I am glad you did, because it is all coming together now ;) "Tie a Yellow Ribbon Round the Ole Oak Tree" - I wouldn't recommend it LOL Super installation, BB

What a lovely thing it is; I'm surprised Bill managed to pull you away from it at all, I can see hundreds of shot possibilities!

Stunning capture Tara. God Bless.

It looks very impressive as a whole and against the green trees it really stands out. I like how the sun is catching it in this capture.

Brilliant! I love the bold yellow and the nice shape...it reminds me of an over-sized diatom, and naturally, I'd like that! I love the darkness dominating so much of this shot, giving way, rather interestingly to light and color! Well seen!
