My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
Â
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
Â
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!

I like the Andrea-echo in this, and the fact that there are so many locks. The rust on one lock and the sheen on the others is brilliant and I love the composition. For some reason I think this might be a photograph of the rarely-seen lock mating process. It looks as if each of the locks is holding the other locks in place.

AAAH! YES! do I love this? Of COURSE! I wonder if I should seek treatment .....

Now, now, Tara, we wouldn't want a lock to be stolen. A very durley-worthy image.

I thought I had clicked on the wrong link and got Andrea, this linking of locks is called daisy chaining it lets any number of people open the gate with different keys, it works well till some idiot puts theirs through the chain. Nice find.
awjay
but,is it secure?

I am finding that the most unique things capture your eye. I love the colors, patterns and light that you see. I can just see some of my raccoons working those locks!

Are all those locks cut resistant. Nice clear picture.

Now I am wondering, what is there so valuable, to keep in or keep out? - in order to have three locks! or its as Chipka mentioned before ... Maybe its time for a new fence or another bit of chain ;) BB
MrsRatbag
LOL @ Chip! A padlock daisy chain? And here I thought orgies were a thing of the past...beautiful shot, and I would have thought it was Andrea's if I hadn't known better!
