As we feel the Earth's trembling, beneath our small feet, The inner core spits forth Her undying heat. Fires and famine, they ravage the land, And all these poor creatures, they do what they can. All nations are sickened with deceit and corruption, Declare war after war, causing total disruption. They fight for more power, their aim is defeat. We sit back and watch from the edge of our seat. Children hold guns, they're conditioned to fight. They should just play in innocence, for that is their right. Women are beaten, abused and neglected. Pure beings are battered, far too often rejected. Animals are tortured, thought of as a game, This is the safe loving home to which they came? Kids are daily taken, raped and then killed, Their young lives cut short, their dreams unfulfilled. Many may feel that this world is fast ending, In fact they will soon feel the love we are sending. Our strength will be felt, though our numbers are small, So I send up this prayer, to be heard by all. God grant serenity when we feel the Earth shatter, Help us stay calm and still while we watch nations scatter. Father grant courage to speak up for what's right, Let us not run and hide but instead stand and fight. Lord grant the wisdom to know what to do when it's time, Let us all pull together and hold this strong line. No matter what culture, no matter which race, We are ALL equal citizens of this grand global place. March forth and protect this grand place we call home, So that humans and creatures remain safe to roam. The shadows WILL lift, pure light will reign true, Bringing Heaven on Earth with endless skies blue.
