Description
Through times of pain and hardship and grief,
When all hope seems gone and you've lost all belief,
When you feel like you don't have the will to go on,
Just look to the light and the darkness is gone.
If your choice is to live in a life filled with sorrow,
You won't recognize all the good of tomorrow.
Every man, woman, child must feel this same pain,
To give us the strength to absorb what we gain.
If you let yourself go to the demons inside you
And you turn your back on all you know that is true,
You will stay in this gloom with a dark overcast,
And live your life full of regrets from your past.
Should you choose to surround yourself with those you love,
You'll soon realize you've been blessed from above.
Find a positive thought, let the journey begin,
And soon the clouds part and the sun will shine in.
If you have strength and courage to face the hard days,
Your life shall be blessed in such wonderful ways.
So always remember during hard times and pains,
God's most beautiful flowers will bloom when it rains!!

Yes I did!! Thank yo so much to everyone that has commented!! Any poetry and/or photography that I've posted or will post is my own!! I enjoy writing and it's not even really my own words...my brain just kind of opens, and whatever emotional thoughts I have spill out on paper to be deciphered by whomever cares to read! I haven't gotten anything of mine published, not sure how to go about it, and for me it's just a nice release to be able to share with others from my experiences!!! Thanks all!! :)
