Description

Beautiful crisp clear morning, so I decided to walk the 2 miles to work along the Prom. The pic was taken a little after 08:00am, though it looks peaceful, at that time it was probably Bedlum on the streets of Liverpool. For my journey, I saw a couple of people walking their dogs on the beach and a young lady on rollerblades probably on her way to catch the Mersey Ferry.....life can be so stressfull some times :-) (Should have been my day off today, but end of Month stocktake....they never mentioned that when they offered me this job!!)

Nothing better than an early morning walk, you'll find out that what they do tell you is not near as much as what they don't tell you!

Sunlight on the Mersey...sounds like you live on the best side of the river. Like your image with the early morning sun. Well done mate!

Nice photo. The lens flare from the sun and the reflection in the water add a lot to this. There's also a bit of haze which gives it a sort of ethereal sense. Is it Bedlum or Bedlam? I also wonder where the name Liverpool comes from - it's a rather odd name and brought up strange associations when I first heard it as a child. You've taken quite a few good photos. Keep up the good work! :-)

Great photo Neil. I have a question mate. If you do a stocktake and there are some extra items is it drinks all round for free?

Welcome to the world of unpaid overtime lol. Haven't seen a girl on rollerblades since I don't know when! This is a stunning view in the morning, well worth the walk to work for I think :)
