Description
If you have a nightmare,
Beside you I will stay.
If you show me your monsters,
I will scare them all away.
If you're ever feeling sad,
I'll take you into my arms.
And if you need to feel mad,
It'll do me no harm.
If you need to vent your anger,
Go ahead because I won't break.
When I tell you not to talk to strangers,
Know I do it for your sake.
You are my life so I will say
Thanks for giving me your love
In such a very special way.
I will work my whole life through,
To give you the best life I can.
Just so I can give to you,
Your hopes, your dreams, your future plans.
You are my world and everything in it,
You are the light in my darkest days.
When I feel I'm falling you pull me back up,
You've helped me grow in so many ways.
I love you and I always will,
You make me want to rise above.
From behind I will push you uphill,
But I'll never hold back my love.
You are my life, so I will say

I hope that when I'm old and feeble,

This is so very special, to write this for your son! It could only be you...it could only be for him! An interesting layout technique (don't know how else to describe it) as well. I mean the 4-4-4-3-4-4-4-3 and so on.

It was actually written as a song initially, so I cut a chorus out towards the end, and made it into a poem for here! thanks for the feedback, now to just figure out how to have the poem below the picture!! lol

Why would you be ashamed of that? I like that people are appreciative of my writing. Thanks to everyone who have commented!! That dog was the most skiddish dig I've ever met. He was the ONLY person besides its owner who could get anywhere near it. He has a way with animals!! :) so very proud of him for where he's come to from what he's been through. :*-) soon I'll start posting more pictures, but Wayne is the one who reformats them for me and he's do busy with editing his shoots, I don't want to bother him with my edits.
