Description
See not what I have but instead who I am.
That is all that I ask in this world that's a scam.
You feed on our weakness for your own selfish lust,
Of money and power that will soon turn to dust.
You damage our Earth and you kill off her young.
And what you've created can not be undone.
You ravage her lands and cut down all her trees.
You poison her waters with your wreckless disease.
You take our young children, try to corrupt their bright minds,
Then you label them sick and you cast them in binds.
Make them kill off our brothers for what you call peace,
But for too many out there it's their anger release.
So where in this dark hell can we find any light?
It's right there inside you if you have strength to fight.
Because yes, soon enough, all these systems shall fall,
And on us for love, strength and peace they will call.
Try to take away my rights, try to cast me to dark,
But you can't steal my light and I will board that ark.
For I know He is watching, and His wrath will be swift,
And when the dust clears, that dark hatred will lift.
Father YOU are my light and your light is in me!
You gave me my strengths and You've helped me be free,
You've showed me the beauty I feel in my heart,
And You let us each know we must play our small part.
YOU are my guide and I will do your deeds,
To nurture and love and protect these pure seeds,
I will share loving light with those who will accept,
To embrace their owns strengths and to take their first steps.
Father YOU ARE my light and your light is in me!!!
Help us open their eyes, so they too can be free!!

Thank you SO much everyone!! I am humbled by your kind words!! :) I may not be prefect, but I am comfortable being me and that's what counts!! I have a great relationship with my Creator, and have absolute faith that if He brings me to it, He will also bring me through it!!! Those who can "see" me, I'll share the true me with...but those who doubt who I am, or pass unjust judgements against me, well they only get to see the outer fun-loving bubbly mom of 3 that's on the outside!!! (Or the mom who poses in front of Wayne's camera on my spare time!! lol) Thanks for all the feedback everyone, much appreciated!!!
