Sherifa Spackowsky is the private driver of 5-Star General Richard D.Head, Yes right he has 5 stars now,having donne a good job in the northern territories.thats why he is in command now of the whole of the northern spackovian hemisphere(he has more nukes now,lets hope he keeps mentally well lol).
