Hi friends, thanks for your interest, your comments and the favs for my last pic! The POV of the last pic was at the "Blue Wonder" bridge at the Blasewitz side of the Elbe river. Now we had crossed the bridge and are standing at the Koerner Plaza, the busy old center of Loschwitz with its fine 100 years old bourgeous houses. In earlier times this was the end of the electrified tram with a big curve at the end, directly at the plaza. Loschwitz was an autochthon village till 1924, and many residents were very angry to get part of Dresden after this date. Loschwitz was somewhat "exclusive" and "special", upper crust.... Today Loschwitz is part of Dresden with 19 500 inhabitants. Hope you like this pic and enjoy this trip. The series includes pictures from 2008 till 2010. We try to visit Dresden and Saxony once in every year. Please feel free to send some comments, they are always appreciated. billcody
