Too claustrophobic up in a place like that for me. Nice shot Bill.

I would have loved to have worked in a building like this instead of the functional but depressing holes in which I whiled away 37 years...this would be paradise by comparison! My various 'offices' were so small you had to step outside to change your mind!

OH, YIKES! The ultimate in exposure! No privacy whatsoever! That's the most open office landscape I've ever seen. And just WHAT is holding up that building? SOmetimes I'm horrified at architect's "dreams" (= other's nightmares). Now, as for the photo. This is a very interesting combination of looking "inside" (peeping Tom? Or peeping Bill?) and looking "outside" (the glass facade) and looking "elsewhere" (the reflection of the buildings on your side of the street). From the "elsewhere" photo, it appears your hotel was of white stone. Interesting color contrast between the "outside" (blue) and the "inside" (yellow, and at bottom floor, red) parts of the photo. Also, interesting how the corner of an "elsewhere" building exactly lines up with the third vertical frame from the left on the "outside" image. On a close inspection, there are several people sitting late. Punishment for goofing off during the day? Or, downsizing victims doing the job of two? I don't see any construction pillars or beams holding up that building - rather frightening how it's constructed. What appear to be pillars are reflections of the "elsewhere" in the windows. There's SO much in this photo I could write a whole page, but I think this is enough. Excellent job! I fully understand why you took this - it's such a puzzle and has SO much detal at three wholy different levels. My, how are you going to match this one? Keep up the good work! :-)

God! I'd hate that! Really would... I'd hate being exposed like that, I'd hate doing that 'clone like' job in a little box every day.. every week ... Hoping for a break that, unless you are rich, or one of the beautiful people, will never come... Sad.. BUT! The picture is super Bill.. Great colours and reflections.. Quite fascinating! lol Rob

I'm not too sure that I'd enjoy working there - the boss could step outside and still see you... as for any office affairs, forget it! Great shot of this building - wonderful reflections and lighting

They probably stand around during their breaks and look out the window trying to see if anybody is doing anything interesting in the hotel across the street! LOL! This is the world headquarters of Morningstar, btw. There's a lot of data being analyzed in that building! My mind is boggling, even from here!

The only person that i could imagine working here would be a window cleaner. Such a busy image where the reflections of other buildings nearby reflect and scramble this clone shop into a gorgeous capture...

Good clarity in this pic of the grid geometry and reflections/refractions, Bill. People who work in glass office buildings shoudn't do anything that would raise the eyebrows of external viewers.

There's some interesting optical illusions going on here! That's quite an interesting shot, Bill! I couldn't work in a building like that.... I mean, all those windows.... It would be far too tempting to moon folks in the hotel. And there's always a guy with a camera..... LOLOLOL!
