Description

Carkeek Park has a wooden boardwalk that takes you safely through the wetlands and provides otherwise unavailable views. We couldn't take Mandy in this part of the park, so we went one at a time while the other kept her amused elsewhere.

So lovely! Little Hetty couldn't cope with boardwalks, allowed or not, after she lost her sight. The gaps between the boards were often wide enough to trap her tiny feet.

Love that blue through the branches; well spotted! I guess they don't want dogs to enjoy the wetlands ;{ Still, it's much easier to get good shots without a leash in one hand, in my experience. Well done!
