Description
I am posting an orchid so it is easy to figure out that we were up in central Florida this weekend, visiting our youngest son. I have posted photos of his wife’s orchids before. This is her newest, an Oncidium orchid called Angel Cake or Ramona. Oncidium is part of a genus that contains about 330 species of orchids. It is a very tiny orchid and it was tough to photograph. They are only about in inch (2.5cm) in length. As with all her orchids, it hangs outside.

Oh what a beautiful flower, love all the colors, my only suggestion would be to take the photo perhaps in the morning or when your light isn't quite so harsh.
