Description

Driftwood 'with or without'? - I'm asking you? Recent storms @ Kingscliff washed up all sorts of goodies (not only starfish) - also trees were uprooted and lots of sand was disappearing, we also nearly lost the Surf Lifesaver Club ... ... and then I met Rychelle, we started chatting - so I asked her, if she would like to pose on the driftwood for me? 'no problemo' she said - I did mail her several pix - and you may have noticed, she still wears the 'badge' on her left arm, she had just given blood, good girl! Cheers Brigitte (aka blondeblurr) PS - very blurry presently! - I'm having eye surgery on Tuesday, finally - after 12 months waiting time. (just wish me luck ;) thank you my friends ...

Now why can't I find kool stuff like this washed up on the beach ?...LOL I think both versions have their merits, but I'm gonna have to go with Mermaid, HUBBA HUBBA ! Super captures BB and don't worry about the operation, all will be just fine ! ~Cheers~ :o)

Very good captures! Very good contrast with a dead tree and a young, attractive girl, giving blood for lfe!! The tree must have a story... where is home? Many humans end up like the tree. Best of luck with your eye surgery, Brigitte. I am sure it will go well! Hugs!

Grins @ jayfar. Super beach pics. Don't know what you are having done but I had eye surgery for cataracts (right eye in Jan and left eye in Feb)...all is better than ever...no more glasses required for me. Best outcomes to you too:)

Terrific capture of Rychelle, BB! And forget the badge on her arm, there's only two things I'm staring at on her sumptuous body, that is, if you get my drift. And, oh yes, stellar shot of the drift tree/wood, also. Tonnes of luck on your eye surgery. It'll get a little getting used to for a while after the operation. I had mine in February of 2011.

I like them both, though it's hard to find a good argument against including a beautiful, scantily clad young girl in a photo. Good luck with your surgery. I had one of my kidneys removed a little over 3 months ago & am back to feeling pretty normal now - I suspect your eye surgery will be much less traumatic...

Amazing those two shots, and what a contrast, such lovely lady against those ugly driftwood. But both such a great 'find'. You will be in my thoughts and prayers, dear Brigitchen. Du wirst es Ă¼berstanden, and I hope you will have a successful and speedy recovery, without any pain. Toi, toi, toi, mein Liebes ♥
