I really like that comment..."the rude end"...LOL! As a taxpayer though, I'm not so happy about the Canadian order or the price. It is an inordinately large expenditure for our population size, far more than we can afford, and having this capability has already led Canada into battle where our role was supposed to be peacekeeping, and thus diminished our apprearance as a peacekeeper nation in the eyes of the world. For the record, I think the next war that the US will get into will be against the drug cartels in Mexico, on the side of the Mexican government. I think it will be a very serious war with huge losses, and I believe Canada will enter that war too. Just my opinion and my view of the future. If it happens, remember you read it here first. If it doesn't happen, just forget about my predictions, LOL!

Er......yeah! The site is really cheesy.. I notice there is no mention on it of the 'Combat Simulation Tests' with U.K. Typhoons.. LOL Well, there wouldn't be.. There was a TOTAL media and network shutdown on that! See, it was expected that the Raptor of course would beat the Typhoon hands down, as I would expect it to do.. But, I have a feeling it did NOT quite go as planned! I've seen a Typhoon display! And let me say while its has ....problems, it CAN fly! So, let them brag but we'll see.. But it must be said hands down, the Raptor wins the picture stakes! Good shot! Rob

I prefered the YF-23 seeing as how it was based on a proven platform (the F-15, which is still in service and doing very well), but these pics are extremely kind to this aircraft! Fantastic capture!

Great capture of the F-22 and the B-1 behind it. I have seen the Raptor now twice at Luke. 70,000 lb of thrust and the vectored thrust can make it practically stand still in the air. BTW, Luke is in the final run to get the F-35. I can't wait!!
