Wassial and welcome all. This is my wee corner of Renderosity here, so feel free to browse my gallery or even leave me obscene messeges in my inbox :P.  Also for those interested my Predator 2, Alien, and the new Swidhelm's Hunter (Predator for Mike 4) can be found at sharecg.com  I'm a hobbyist who for years has deigned and dabbled in Poser, Bryce, and eventually I got Wings 3d. I never used to be able to model worth beans, but have made some good progress over the years. Hopefully I'll be able to build a small business out of my art. I also write, though I don't post that here. Working on submissions to magazines and such. I compose digital music as well with sample libraries. Orchestral in nature usually. And for those who are wondering "what kind of a handle is Swidhelm?" it's an old Saxon name from around the eleventh century or so. Anyways, have a look about and hope you enjoy my gallery.
Also, for more of my art and music check out my Youtube channel, also Swidhelm.
Cheers, Swidhelm Darrin Smith

Though I don't create character art I do like the outfits you folks create for them...This one looks like it took many hours to create and was well worth the time as it is quite impressive...(smiles)...

It is a masterpiece. Only you can do it like this. It is very good. 5+!

I really like this, and I think that for the fantasy crowd, once you remove the helm and there's a pretty face and flowing hair... they'll forget all about the breastplate. I think it's awesome that you did your research and understand the function of what you're creating, very cool!

(yea, can you tell I'm one of the ones that was waiting for this? hehehe) Looking VERY promising, Darrin! Can't wait to see what the texture looks like. Have to agree on one point with Brett - it's nice when someone does actual research on these things, just makes them that much better! :-D

Another terrific model which I will want to add to my collection .....hope you finish it soon. Have had and working on another effort where such would be useful in in the imagery for the client. Take a quick look at my current posting...peasants now but soon will be doing battle elements. Again you do stunning work in this area. Don

I would love an M4 Version...not really Interested in the V4 Version. But having said that its a stunning piece of modelling and very acuate to the Actual Harness on which it is modelled.. I would be prepared to pay double, even treble, for an M4 version. Please consider an M4 version. S.K.
