when your area sets a record rainfall for the month of March and most of that rain is in the last few days I estimate that the water level ABOVE the Boardwalk at its deepest is about 5 feet (about 1.6 meters) needless to say I'm taking the long way around for a while

Oh my God! How far do you live from there? Also? That looks like a cement sewer/sewage casing in the background? At eleven o'clock from the sign on the left? Or it might be a trunk remaining from a tree that has been cut down? I can't tell. But this is incredible. Yeeeesh.
