to continue the 'series', this is almost more beautiful than the last (of the Blackdowns). The big curved tree---massive in feel, and protective---arches its way around a deep misted valley, with beautiful misted detail. And the rooftops once again provide gentle highlights which pierce through the velvety mists. Also, the background hills/mountains are 'apparitions' in this view...A very complex, very sensitive, and ultimately very lush shot. (Btw, I've had a whale of a tough time with my fav's, of late, as I make them & then they disappear. And I've been too busy to fix them, or fix my account, or contact the administrators, etc. So I've simply bypassed fav's since returning this April. So, until I fix them, know that you got fav's here! I just haven't hit the button because they'll disappear like the mist in this photo, once the day is full-blown...)
