Description

I'm going to take a break, hopefully a small one, until I can accomplish a render that be I can be pleased with. Lately, hell maybe since I've started, I have created images that, in some way, depict my mood or attitude at the time I made them... and many have just not been very good. I've never been truly satisfied with anything I've rendered.. so I am going to work at doing better at it. It's never a bad thing to want to improve. I'll be around and commenting on all your posts, but I need to step back and take a breath. So, here is my last post for a while. Thanks for having a look. Credit goes to Danie and Marforno for DM's Circle found at Daz3d. One awesome set and poses.

Excellent render really. I like the poses you've set up for this ritual and the props and outfits look great. I know the feeling you've got. I'm still wallowing around a bit myself. Your work is good and indeed it's a very good idea to step back, breath, look, do something else, then look again. Sometimes taking on a completely new subject can produce interesting results. Excellent scene and work!! We all need a break sometime but most are one owns hardest critics I often experienced. The fight is like between creative impulses and perfectionism, an artist's 'blood' is the first but the excecution of an idea the result. This struggle can create great results - but I more feel like 'emptied' inside and don't have the feel with what I do - a feeling which in recent years have been seldon. So I try to enjoy my own doings as a part of my soul and mood and think: It is okay for me as it is - if othr like it too it is just great!! :o)
