I am remindedof a painting of a room (done mostly in red with white outlines), but I can't remember the artist (my art apreciation teacher would give me low marks for that). I take it by the title and image you and or your family has had some trying times...My wife and I will include you all in our prayers; especially this Easter. After all, this is a day of rebirth.

Even for the deepest cut - there will never be a band-aid big enough ... this shows you and your families sorrow, the white are the endless tears and you are standing on the other side of the black fence now! A strong message - so well done Nikolay, as usual. Maybe this post will help you, to put something to rest (sometimes in the future, it will take a long time) be blessed my friend, BB

I think blondeblurr has said it just right there can never be a band-aid big enough for your sorrow. My thoughts are with you and your family.

Our scars are part of who we are, those things which make us unique. The strong, classic color combination of black/red/white grabs and does not let go. An intense and memorable image. Fine work, my friend.

an astonishing image, Nikolay, I've never seen such an amazing, searing & beautiful evocation of the aftermath of loss as this. Stunning & utterly real. I mean, the wire fence is like civilization which just keeps going-on in its 'orderly way'...but behind it, the universe is pulsing with waves of deep red, of passion, of the heaviness of pain, and of trying to patch it together and unearth light. It's monumental. Again, I wish you so very much strength & healing on this long path, for you and for your whole family. Your images have said so much, even though it's hard to say almost anything now. I'm grateful for your courage to share this with the world, and my deepest wishes are with you...
