Description
Some days ago I met this pretty tree in flower in the median bed of a street in Padova. The tree isn't in the best of locations, probably a survivor of the re-styling of the area of the hospital and the faculties of Medicine. Actually, the tree is on the small parking lot in front of Anatomical Pathology, where they study corpses and make autopsies, but it manages to be merry enough for some time.

Fantastic capture here Sandra, and so glad they allowed this beautiful tree to survive. It may not be in the best of locations, but it manages to add a lot of beauty in an other wise drab area like this small parking lot.

WOW! The story of the location of this tree is as interesting as the tree itself. I love the colors and now I'm wondering if this is the official "physical pathology tree" of the region, which would explain why it would be there, despite any re-design. I love the shapes and colors in this shot and the "street logic" which seems to defy the sort of street logic we have here in Chicago. This is fantastic!
