Description

This week has been very exciting for many. It is the 49th year of the Merrie Monarch Festival in Hilo Hawaii. It is a compitition heard around the world of Hula. The main events are Thurs, Fri, and Sat. Each night lasts from 6Pm till 12 midnight. Sat. was a parade. Here is just one of the floats with dancers on it. Thanks for dropping by and your comments. I watch the contest on the computer. The first time i ever saw them and I loved it. I did not understand what they was saying but the movements was very lovely the way they dance and the costumes too was lovely. they did not dress like this which is lovely too
