Description
The small square in front of La Rinascente department store is a typical meeting point of students attending downtown high schools as well as university students waiting for their lessons. In Padova the university buildings are spread all over the town, we don't have a campus. In the background there is the column of the Madonna dei Noli, patroness of the boatmen until Padova had canals and river trade. Today she protects taxi drivers.

oh, teeming & beautiful, the people out in full bloom just as the plants are. The hues are celebrative throughout, they are bright & dancing, the collision (visually) of cars with people & buildings & trees, etc etc, is just wonderful. And the visual groupings are lush, overgrown and giddy. A beautiful spring capture, and in zoom we get to see just how much humanity you capture in these shots. A real cornucopia of human expression and feeling here. Just glorious. I haven't fixed my favs, I'm too lazy, but just know this is a fav hands down.
