A dalliance with backlighting, captured 4/29/11, very early AM, somewhere out in the general neighborhood.

AND, excuse me for not commenting on your postings today, but I'm still rather incoherent, woozy and sleepy after being sedated for a crucial examination at the hospital today.

Harry, I just read & saw this, and I truly hope all is well with you and that your exam gives you great results. As for not commenting: As I've always said, you're one of our best & most devoted commenters, so anytime you take time off is more than well-deserved. Just get better (& feel better), and if you want to post when you don't comment, you've got tons of credit here! As for the roses...gorgeous rose capture, just silken & sensuous, and the light & deep shadows---soaked in deep pinks---are just sumptuous. Man, you've been doing roses long enough to talk to them, understand their every nuance, their inner voices, all of it...and it shows with each new post. Just gorgeous. Consider it favd, and when I fix my fav's I'll add it formally. Feel well, and I wish you the best on your tests! I'll be back for more later...
