As soon as the friends walked through Mrs Bonga’s front door they were back in a dark place & again wearing the different clothes. Unfortunately nothing had changed with Jasmine she was still HUGE. Zlata, Zwoggle & Meadow set off in search of Scarey Mary. They decided to drop Fairy from her name as they thought anyone who could do this to Jasmine certainly didn’t deserve the name Fairy. “Where is that dratted imp.” mumbled Zlata, boy was she cross. “But Mrs Bonga said she was just mischievous.” said Zwoggle as he followed on after the girls. Poor Zwoggle did find it hard to say anything bad about people. After all he does put up with Zlata. As the friends walked on, the scenery got even darker & they came to a rundown old building. “Oh let me rest awhile on that bench.” said Zlata feeling a bit unsure about the old house. “I would love to put this basket of apples down for a minute, they are quite heavy.” said a pleased Zwoggle. Mrs Bonga had given them the basket of rosey red eating apples as a bit of a bribe for Scarey Mary. “Just in case you need them dearies.” she had said. Zlata climbed upon the bench & leant against the back. The friends could see she had her thinking head on her. That could be scarey, never mind Mary!!! As for poor Zwoggle he had his vacant expression face, he had put the apples down, he would have loved to try one but knew he must keep them for Scarey Mary. As for Jasmine she decided to lay down for a minute as she was so fed up of towering over everyone, even the house. As she positioned herself she happened to look up towards the top of the building & thought she spied a light or something in the top window. It was no sooner there than it was gone. She thought she would keep it to herself just in case she was wrong as she didn’t want them going on a wild goose chase. “Right, come on then.” rallied Zlata. “Onwards & upwards, we have to find Scarey Mary before Jasmine stays this way forever.” Flip that is a scarey thought!!!!
